Information you choose to share
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, project location, photographs and requirements. Please only send information relevant to your project and avoid sensitive personal information.
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional telephone and project location, and message. Your browser sends the form directly to Web3Forms, which processes it and delivers it to our email address. Web3Forms uses anti-spam checks and may process your IP address, browser information and submission details. We do not store messages in a database on this website, but Web3Forms and our email service do store data as explained below.
Why information is used
Information needed to discuss and quote for a project is used to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Other correspondence may be handled on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to questions and operating the business. Information needed to meet legal obligations is handled on that basis. These purposes do not automatically permit unrelated marketing.
Technical information and security
The hosting service may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser or connection information to deliver and protect the website. This supports the legitimate interests of operating a secure service. Essential browser storage is described in the cookie policy.
Services involved
This website is hosted with Hostinger. Business email is hosted with IONOS. These services may handle technical data or correspondence needed to provide their services. Opening WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok takes you to a separate service governed by its own privacy information. Their embedded feeds are not loaded on this website.
Our enquiry form provider
Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, processes form submissions on our behalf. Its privacy information and data processing agreement describe its infrastructure, anti-spam providers and handling of submissions. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.
Optional Google Analytics
On our live website, Google Analytics 4 runs only if you allow analytics in the cookie controls. It helps us understand page visits, devices, approximate visitor regions and actions such as contact-link clicks and accepted form submissions. We do not deliberately send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry messages to Analytics. Measurement page addresses exclude query strings; referrers are reduced to their website origin.
This implementation disables Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals and does not install advertising pixels. You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings. This stops future analytics loading; it does not undo information already sent while permission was in place. See Google's privacy information.
International handling
Our service providers may process information outside the UK. Web3Forms describes processing in India and other countries through its infrastructure providers. Its data processing agreement provides for standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable. Hosting, email and analytics processing also depends on their account arrangements and safeguards. Further information is available from Hostinger, IONOS and Google. How long information is kept
Unsuccessful project enquiries are retained for 30 days after the enquiry is closed, then deleted from the active enquiry records. If an enquiry becomes a project, records needed to deliver the work or meet legal obligations are handled separately. A legal obligation or a specific dispute may require relevant records to be kept longer.
Web3Forms has a separate retention period. Its published terms state that submission data can be retained for up to three years unless a shorter period applies to the plan or it is deleted earlier. Deleting our copy after 30 days does not automatically delete Web3Forms' copy. Contact us if you wish to request earlier deletion; we will assess the request and work with the provider as applicable.
Hosting logs, email backups and other provider technical records follow the relevant operational retention arrangements. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 30 days; information already collected by Google follows the Analytics property's separate retention and aggregation settings. Cookie expiry does not itself delete that information. Contact us for further information about current retention arrangements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and the legal basis, you may ask to access, correct or erase information, restrict its use, object to processing, or receive information in a portable format. You may withdraw any consent you have given. Some rights have exceptions. Contact us using the details above; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
You can raise a concern with us and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We do not use website enquiries to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Changes
This notice will be reviewed when the website's features or handling of information changes. The date above identifies the current version.
